I became a Registered Dietitian because I had gained over 100 pounds during my first pregnancy. After having my daughter I felt so depressed, sluggish, extremely tired and absolutely no energy to do anything. I was frustrated, sad, depressed, and felt like a lousy mom so one day I decided to go to school for nutrition and my entire life changed.
