    I started my journey with Rachael in January 2022. For starters, this was my 100th time starting this journey. I had done fad diets, slimming teas, detoxing wraps and even cleanses. Cleanses felt like they worked which it did but I found myself back again where I started; confused with my weight and so unhappy. Rachael's weight loss academy is so much more than a weekly grocery meal plan and exercise plan – This academy provided a detailed plan and actions to achieve our weekly goals. More importantly the academy dug deeper to help with my weight loss. Rachaels academy encompasses how to lose weight keeping mind body and soul as a focal point to reaching your goals. With Rachael's academy I was able to lose 20 lbs. within my first 90 days – this was obviously not overnight and I learned how to keep this weight off.
