I started my journey with Rachael in January 2022. For starters, this was my 100th time starting this journey. I had done fad diets, slimming teas, detoxing wraps and even cleanses. Cleanses felt like they worked which it did but I found myself back again where I started; confused with my weight and so unhappy. Rachael's weight loss academy is so much more than a weekly grocery meal plan and exercise plan – This academy provided a detailed plan and actions to achieve our weekly goals.
